These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arrish-AI's website and services, including AI Chatbot development, AI Listing Captions, and Website Design. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Arrish-AI provides custom AI chatbot development, AI-generated real estate listing content, and one-page website design services. Specific scope, delivery timelines, and pricing are agreed upon directly with each client before work begins.

2. Try First, Pay After

For applicable services, we provide a trial period for you to test the delivered product (e.g., chatbot) before payment is required, as described at the time of the offer. Once you approve the trial, payment becomes due under the terms communicated to you directly.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

Subscription-based services are billed on a recurring basis as agreed. Access codes or credentials for paid tools are issued only after payment confirmation and are personal to your account — they may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to train your chatbot or generate listing content.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content (e.g., property listings) complies with applicable advertising and real estate regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for your project (chatbot configuration, generated content, website design) are yours to use for your business. Underlying software, code frameworks, and tools built by Arrish-AI remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI-generated content (chatbot responses, listing captions) is provided as a productivity tool and should be reviewed before use in customer-facing or legally sensitive contexts. Arrish-AI is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated output.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing subscription or engagement with reasonable notice, as agreed at the start of the engagement. Fees already incurred for delivered work remain payable.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
